ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE POLICIES - (during non-hunting season weeks) 

Check in starting @ 3:00 p.m. with check out by 11 a.m.

A valid credit card must be used to make a reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Any credit card fees will be your responsibility. You may guarantee with a credit card and pay ahead of time by sending a check if time allows.

CANCELLATION POLICY (during NON-hunting dates):

Making a reservation at a small, family owned lodge is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance for re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy.  In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten your stay or check out early with less than 30 days' notice please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation regardless of the reason. If we can re-book your room(s), a refund less a $25.00 service charge will be made - we promise!

We understand that cancellations may be beyond your control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind. You can purchase travel insurance here through: iTravelinsured. 

In the event of a last minute cancellation, we are not able to issue a gift certificate or credit for a future stay.  Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events.

BEHAVIOR POLICIES:

PLEASE NO SMOKING WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE WOODEN BARN. (A $250.00 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ANYONE VIOLATING THIS POLICY). However, you may smoke outside the building as long as you use the proper receptacle to dispose of waste. NO cigarette waste on the ground please & thank-you!  Please be courteous to other guests as they have paid for the privilege of staying in the lodge just as you have. If you have rented the entire lodge as a group you can govern yourselves as far as noise level, etc. as long as you are respectful of the facilities and do not engage in damaging or harmful behavior. However, if your stay is not part of a group then we urge you to use good manners as far as noise level, sharing the common area TV, game table, etc. and picking up after yourself in common areas, etc., etc. Thank-you in advance for being respectful of all others rights to an enjoyable stay. Anyone who makes the choice to go against these policies may be asked to leave the premises without refund of any part of their reservation fee.

The "Loft House" Barn Lodge is first & foremost our family farm and we live nearby the lodge; therefore we reserve the right to refuse service or to dismiss guests who are extremely disruptive or disrespectful to us or other guests if we deem necessary.
